Our employees receive the necessary training to safely use the equipment and products required for their jobs. Work methods are adapted to the tasks to be performed and to the specific features of our clients' facilities.

Training, prevention, and work methods
Fervel has liability insurance for its activities. Our employees who are supposed to use controlled products get the information and training required according to the applicable WHMIS rules.
When working in specific environments, especially after construction work or in certain industrial areas, our teams adjust their work methods to the risks present and the site's requirements.
We place a strong emphasis on training our employees so they can properly use the equipment, products, and methods needed for their jobs. This approach applies to all of our services, including disinfection, window cleaning, and specialized maintenance work.
